I've been there a few times and I'm always well served, the owner is very friendly and attentive.

Typical Portuguese food, very well prepared with quality products. Typical Portuguese decoration with unique objects. Friendliness and family atmosphere.

Everything was excellent, but I highlight the "stewed" as being the best I've ever eaten.

Old, obsolete decor, food that is quite normal for the bass, black pork that is not real, very poor starters (butter, pre-frozen snacks, etc.) and no prices to then cause a surprise effect on the bill. The location is fantastic, the place could be the same. €29, octopus legs lagareiro style, 3 imperials and a house dessert, practically empty restaurant.

Expectations were high for the reviews with the highest marks, perhaps the regular customers, because they are received warmly and with a different level of attention than those who come for the first time. Regardless of the reservation, we had to wait, because even though it was 2:30 pm the house was full. We ordered a portion and a half of stew for 3, it was too much! 1 dose arrived perfectly. The rest came home and still served 2 people. It was fine, nothing extraordinary. The atmosphere is welcoming with decoration full of objects from other times. The service was friendly.

The Paparoca Saloia Restaurant is located in Galicia, a village next to Estoril and is distinguished by its rustic decor and the good preparation of traditional Portuguese cuisine. On my visit we started with Bread, Olives and Dry Cheese, for the main course I ordered the Galo de Cabidela, a dish made to order, very consistent and tasty with just enough vinegar. I accompanied the meal with house red wine and finished with a tasty and homemade Curd Tart. Meal around €18 per person.

Definitely a must try when in the Estoril area! the restaurant feels like the owners home where they welcome their guests with big smiles and something even hugs! We had the couvert with a dorada with vegetables and veggie plate mainly with rice and vegetables. Not 5 stars as the service became a bit slow when it got crowded and the flavours of the veggie plate were a bit flat.

I am convinced that the food served in Heaven comes from Paparoca Saloia and brings joy to the cherubs, Saint Peter and everyone in that place dreamed of by so many. The restaurant is full of attentive service and, as expected, offers divine cuisine. Food with flavor and soul, the result of the care of Senhora Clara, who enlightens her team and presents customers with something that goes beyond qualified gastronomy. At Paparoca Saloia, the flavors are a feast for the palate and delight all the senses. And as if that weren't enough, the restaurant is frequented by the most charming woman in Cascais.
