I have visited this restaurant with my family during a visit in Lisbon. The place is simple and tipical and you can have fish or meat dishes. We have selected both experiencing the codfish with vegetables, grilled salmon and the picana. Childs got crazy entertaining in cooking in the stone their steaks. Codfish and salmon were simply delicious. To be suggested!
Back to one of my favorite restaurants in Lisbon since Covid started ! It has the same food quality, one of the best “bacalhau à brás” in the town (not my opinion because I don’t like cod fish but everyone that I take there loves it! The “naco da pedra” is the reason that I go there ? It’s a great and genuine Portuguese “tasca” in a tourist place that is also one of the highlights of the Lisbon nightlife spots. Perfect traditional Portuguese restaurant!! The best experience to taste meat and cod fresh from Lisbon. I ate the famous “meat on a stone” where you can make a steak on a hot stone and enjoy the excellent meat quality combined with the opportunity to make the meat to your liking. The restaurant is small and doesn’t accept reservations so I recommend showing up early and wait until you are called.
