Solstício - Restaurante Alentejano

Pleasant atmosphere, it really feels like a small house in the interior of Alentejo. Crockery made from homemade ceramics (clay), decor not from a modern-day restaurant, it really looks like a home. Service provided by Mrs Ana, very friendly, we just needed to call Mother/Grandmother. I had the experience with tasty and traditional Alentejo pork.

A small dish of grain stew with 3 small pieces of meat and 3 slices of sausages cost 13 euros.
I had great expectations as an Alentejo native..

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. It is very well decorated, the food is homemade and delicious, everything made fresh. The cook was extremely friendly, the dishes were very well served. Without a doubt a secret gem! It's really worth it ;)

I ordered take-away grain stew, it was quite good but only with a variety of meat, no carrots or pumpkin. It's a house option, I assume. I would like to go to the place.
