An experience not to be repeated. We ordered medium steak and it was burnt and had a bad appearance. The second time it came almost the same, and dry with no flavor. Half term, they don't know what it means. Very noisy environment. Dessert was an inedible cheesecake, the red fruits were so acidic. The staff looked like they didn't know what they were doing. Not going back.

Goodnight . We had a group at this restaurant today, friendly and helpful service. However, not giving my opinion because of the mistakes that were made but for now my boyfriend was eating the pizza and there was plastic inside. He spoke to the employee who immediately apologized and asked if he wanted to change the plate, we refused and just wanted to attract attention. An employee comes back and explains that it's just plastic from the ham, it could be, but there's no point in justifying the unjustifiable, as it's obvious, in this situation it should be anything but plastic. In terms of the environment, I don't understand how an artist is performing on stage, and just 3 little children from some mother go on stage and stand in front of it dancing. A lack of respect for those who are acting

My dish, despite being well prepared in part, lacked seasoning, taste, salt and the rice was actually cooked. The meat was not as well done as it should have been and was requested. Service was good, although with some pressure from start to finish, always making reference to the groups that would arrive, in order to speed up orders, which I understand, but it became uncomfortable. There was good live music. It was my birthday, there were 3 of us and the food should have been tastier, that was the least. Everything went well, but I wouldn't go back on my own if it depended on my dish, which was duck with leek risotto and vegetables. I was the most sincere and fair in this assessment.
The food is very good, good music and good decoration, as for the service, there is a waitress who serves in an unpleasant manner. I have been to this restaurant 5 times and 3 times I received very good service, most of the staff were well educated Brazilians, but twice a Brazilian woman served our table with incredible unwillingness, and if I go again I will refuse to be served by her.
