Beautiful place in Estremoz, really a must-go!Wonderful ambience, full of local history and stories, super kind and friendly staff and owners, and a wide variety of Alentejo and Portuguese traditional dishes, including desserts, with incredible flavors. Alentejo style meat or Farofias for dessert are very very recommended! Wine is also fantastic!Hope to be back soon !

Adega do Zé Varunca is an excellent example of typical Alentejo food. I recommend the dogfish soup as well as the codfish soup. The sweets are fabulous.
