We came for lunch based on all the great reviews. It was even better than we expected. We had no reservation but were warmly welcomed by the staff and seated right away. The bread was excellent. After hundreds of restaurants in Portugal - we had the best fried potatoes (ovos rotos: get the 1/2 portion). The pica pau is divine. The arroz de rabo boi and its magical scent is spellbinding. Hope you got a table :)

We went on a recommendation and I was surprised at how expensive it is for the quality of the dishes.
There are better restaurants in Estremoz where quality and price are worth it.
Parking: It is difficult to park near the restaurant but parking is free.
Kid-friendliness: There are chairs for children.
