I had the pleasure of dining at Sushi Art in Estremoz, and I can say with certainty that it is one of the best gastronomic experiences I have ever had. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both a romantic meal and dinner with friends.
The service was impeccable. The staff are attentive, polite and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. They were ready to answer any questions I had and made excellent recommendations.
Now, talking about the sushi — it was absolutely divine. The quality of the fish was extraordinary, extremely fresh and with a flavor that practically melted in your mouth. Each piece of sushi was prepared with precision and delicacy that demonstrate the sushi chef's true mastery. I especially highlight the Chef's Shake hara and tataki, which were, without a doubt, the highlights of the night.
Furthermore, the menu offers a variety of options that please both sushi purists and those who like to try more modern and daring combinations. The presentation of the dishes is a work of art in itself — each dish seemed to have been carefully assembled to please not only the palate, but also the eyes.
