We were looking for a small terrace restaurant during our visit to Evora. The terrace was on the street but nice with a little air with the evening heat still heavy. Great disappointment then from the beginning to the end of our romantic moment. A Dish: cod bathed in oil and another dish: meat not tender at all (we think it's a cooking problem) then dessert not at all to our taste (taste remaining in the mouth) then the bill arrives, we We count all the small dishes put on the table when we arrived when we didn't want them. And in the end a miscalculation in their favor... Not very correct for Portuguese people. Disappointed we will not return, a tourist trap.

We entered the establishment and waited for reception. There was an empty table, but a waiter promptly arrived and said that the table was reserved, he and the waitress turned their backs and ignored us. They no longer helped us and we had to leave the place without any kind of help. We had our meal in a restaurant on a nearby corner, less than 10 meters away, where we were well served and noticed that the table was not occupied at any time. Was it really reserved?? Never again!

At the end of a tour of Évora, we looked for several restaurants and the service was not good in any of them, until we found this find on Rua do Aqueduto. The food is delicious, the service is 10/10 and at an incredible price (average of 13.50 euros per dish). Have no doubt, this is one of the best restaurants in the city!
