I went to Alkimia for the first time and after seeing the rest of the reviews, my expectations were high. But even my high expectations were exceeded. The food was very good!!! I ordered the black swordfish fillets and my companion ordered the octopus. Divinely seasoned fish and soft octopus that melted in your mouth. The desserts were also splendid. A chocolate petit gateau (which unfortunately I didn't get to try ?) and a tangerine ice cream with a delicious flavor. At the end we were honored with the offer of a poncha that helped finish the meal. My congratulations to the chef and the rest of the staff for the attention and kindness they gave us and for the professionalism with which they welcomed us. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the dishes!
