Wonderful experience at Botequim da Mouraria. We arrived 15 minutes before opening and secured a cozy spot. We tried a few dishes, each delicately flavored and absolutely delicious. The portions were generous and satisfying. It was a lovely way to end our trip to Evora.

I loved the homemade cod. Which is a Brás-style cod, very wet and with black olives. I loved it. I arrived right when it opened to have a seat, there are 9 seats at the counter. Friendliness of the owners
Parking: Everything is so close that I left the car at Galp right at the entrance to Évora and went on foot.
Wheelchair accessibility: No. There are steps.

Outside the little house. Only 8 seats. No reservation. Counter. We arrived at 2:31 pm. Closes at 3pm. I looked like someone I was dying to meet. Mr Domingos, an unparalleled friendliness, caught my eye on the sign on the door - full/full. Lamb/lamb, black pork and cod, accompanied by potatoes and salad. Bread with spur olive oil. Wine covered by the coelheiros. Think of a childhood taste. Think of a wonderful seasoning. Think of a fairy hand - Mrs Floribela. And she dreams of living in Brazil. We will be partners in Brasília. Anyway, nice place, warm service, simply wonderful food. Unmissable. Does not accept reservations. Plant on the restaurant door at 11am. Only chance or I'll lend you my eyes with a face of pity so that Mr Domingos can open the door. Dream come true.

This small Portuguese winery is a treasure in the lost streets of Évora. The food is exquisite, quality and cooked to order with local products. The attention and customer service is wonderful, the owner Domingos advises you on dishes and serves you with love and education, you have a waiter just for you. There is only room at the bar for 8 people, which makes it even more special, and if you want to eat there you must be waiting at the door at 12:00. Without a doubt we will return to eat their exquisite beef and homemade desserts among others. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the attention received in this delicious restaurant.

We waited 1 hour to get a seat and it was worth it! We went with what the chef recommended and all was superb! We had the ham with melon, pork, cheese and grilled mushrooms, the local dessert and a small bottle of wine. The fried chips were hot and crispy! Overall, a really great experience!
