Large portions of excellent local food, with very reasonable prices (every dish is €8). There is a beautiful courtyard. We eat there every time we visit Évora, and are never disappointed. The frozen grapes in the wine are a lovely touch.

We stopped there for lunch after touring the museum and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was fantastic and the service was top-notch. We tried their Bacalhau a Brás and it was absolutely fantastic and we highly recommend it!

We ate migas and really enjoyed it.
The service is super friendly.
It's on the menu that you can only pay with Portuguese credit cards.
Yes, the starter costs, but it's worth the price!!!
With wine and expresso, 2 people paid €30. That's absolutely ok!

We were captivated by the appealing poster that informs the price of the dish - €8 per person. Expectations weren't high, but we were looking for traditional food at an affordable price. Our choice was migas with pork and Alentejo-style pork.
Well, we quickly realized that there was little that was traditional and well-made. The fries that accompanied the pork were pre-fried and in squares (as for cod with cream), not the correct type of potatoes for this dish. The pork that accompanied the migas was not well seasoned, the flavor was not terrible, it was also not satisfactory. As for the crumbs, they are not terrible either, and despite the affordable price, other quality was to be expected.
The bread for the starters, just 3 slices, was not fresh and did not do justice to Alentejo bread. However, we must highlight the cheese positively.
Despite having fulfilled the requirement for us to feed, the quality falls short of the price. We do not recommend it and will not repeat it. A pleasant space deserves better service.

Good service, very good food, nice place. Be careful, as they don't accept non-Portuguese cards (I'm not sure how that works), but it's good to have cash. Another point is about the starter they bring to the table, we thought it was complimentary, but it costs €5.50, it's worth the price, but it would be better if they warned you.

When we arrived they took our order and brought us a plate of cheese and ratatouille. They brought it to us as if it were an invitation from the house and charged us 5.50 afterwards. The service was not very good either and the food was acceptable quality and price.

This is a tourist trap! Read the little lines under the menu! You pay for everything extra. The image showed on the menu isn't even close to what you get! The snack they give you with your drinks are cold and very expensive. You can't pay with your creditcard! It's a restaurant so they must take them as a currency! We will never come back here.
Great atmosphere, super friendly and delicious food. An experience that I recommend.

Beautiful terrace in the sun, nice food, one vegetarian, no vegan. Price of all dishes only 8 euro
We just went in to drink decaf and the service was unpleasant and they charged us 0.50 more. I've read other comments that agree with what I felt there, look for other places. Place not to return.
