As you go through the revolving door there is a sign that says they have table service. It does not have. It's prepayment. We pay first and then go to the counter to collect the order, but the employees, even without customers in front of us, didn't "see" us. It takes more than 10 minutes to receive the order and they still manage to make a mistake. No-nonsense employees. Way to order and pay without any hassle.

It was all bad and time-consuming. I've never had to work so hard to get service in a cafe.

Having to pay at the entrance at an automatic cashier and take a self-service tray is not what we are used to in Spain, it spoils the service of the establishment, good prices.

It's difficult to choose since you have to order and pay before seeing the window with the various options.
Dry and not very tasty cakes

The order logistics are very poorly organized. The fact that we have to order before arriving at the window makes it difficult for the customer to choose or say which cake/pastry they want.
Super small bathrooms, funny but impractical sink design

Coffee with milk came very warm....almost cold?.

We tried to have lunch but were not served. When I asked the waiter to serve us, he informed me that he hadn't noticed us inside the establishment, even though we were 3 people, sitting around an empty table. He placed us at another table and disappeared. The place was not busy and had plenty of seats available. I know the culture is different but I don't understand the lack of desire to respond. We got up after 5 minutes without service and went to another restaurant.

An old-fashioned cafe served by new people. Very good decor, good service without being dazzling, the food is very good and looks very good, you can feel a good atmosphere in the air, congratulations, it's always good to visit a space like this.

You have to go in to order what you want and eat or drink inside or outside, but YOU get it.
So I don't give the service a star.

Menu is terrible. Everything is so expensive. It’s just tourist trap. The manager is so angry and rude person. Nobody cared us. The worst place in Evora. Please take the comments seriously and improve yourself.
