Maître de restaurant Joao and his two other staff worked very hard and efficiently to provide an excellent service. Their patient explanations of the dishes was exemplary. The dishes, particularly the presentation, was impeccable.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, and it was included with the hotel room, so If you stay in the hotel, be sure to go to the breakfast. It wasn’t too crowded and they had a lot of options to choose from, all in all it was a pretty nice restaurant.

I honestly didn’t think this restaurant would be as good as it was. They started us out with a very tasty bread assortment plate (not complementary), then came a salmon and cheese plate called amusebuche, which was complementary, then the entrees or tapas came within 10 to 15 minutes. All of the food was very delicious and we were very satisfied. They give you one bottle of water in the start, then you have to buy your own. The waiters are very nice and tell you what every dish is. Inside seating is comfy. If you want to go here, you should make a reservation beforehand at the hotel reception. The restaurant is pricey, but worth it. I would recommend it!

Well executed food! A fusion between Alentejo and fine dining! Good portions, very attentive staff and a quite place to be in, the walls are so thick you have almost no reception. So it’s a good place to just chill.

We ate here because we were staying at the hotel and were wanting something convenient and lighter. My wife had the duck and found it to be quite good, albeit a little salty. I had one of the fish dishes, which I thought was quite good. Food plating was very good as was the service. Overall a good meal, not great, but with a few tweaks the restaurant has potential. You will find the portions here to be smaller relative to a number of restaurants and I am of two minds here - on one hand it was nice to walk away from a meal pleasantly full, but on the other hand you may find the value for your money not as good as other places. Overall worth a try.
