I ordered a pizza for home delivery, in addition to taking 1:30 hours, I called to say it was cold and they replied that if I wanted hot pizza I should go to the store to get it. I didn't call back to ask for anything, just to say that it was cold and that they should rethink the service they offered, I was answered by an extremely rude man (courier) saying that there was only one person and that I should go get the pizza if the I wanted it hot. Amazing!!!
