The McDonald's chain seeks to maintain the same quality of the food it sells everywhere, what varies is the service, cleanliness, organization and care with the decoration. Therefore, I can say that this store in Évora is only average to good because the service could be a little more attentive, the employees seem unmotivated. The store seems unkempt, in some areas it could use better cleaning. The biggest disappointment was in relation to the bathroom, which was a little dirty and had some details missing or broken.
It has a good outdoor area with a place for children to play and have fun.

Idk what it is about todays staff at 6.30pm, but I’ve never had such a perfect McDonald meal in my life. Absolute PERFECTION!! Well done to the team behind the scenes. Really was a Happy meal!!
