Exceptional: super dishes, generous portions, excellent plating, kind and thoughtful. They changed a bottle that tasted like cork without batting an eyelid.
Congratulations to all.

Careful and elegant space maintaining the old style, decorated with regional elements, the entrance through a large room, the several adjoining rooms are increasingly smaller until a small room with an intimate atmosphere, option of a terrace with some natural shade from the trees. Cozy atmosphere. Several typical entries are presented. We tried the suckling pig, good with crispy skin, but I've had better in Alentejo, I expected a little more as it's the specialty, the cod migas in the tarro were good, although for my personal taste I found them too dry, the dogfish was excellent as well. like aged meats. I was curious about some more specialties, which will be for the third visit. Careful plating. Professional and attentive staff despite some “pressure” in the initial order.

The best restaurant in Évora, you can't go wrong, excellent food, the best pork I've ever eaten, the place is spectacular and the service is 5 stars.

Very good service, and very good food, the only problem was that a 7up/ sprite was ordered to be mixed with the wine and when it came to the table, it came in a glass that was a pressure glass, the waiter was told what purpose it was for, and the employee, through no fault of his own, with orders from the MANAGER, brought the sprite in a 1 liter jug, when asked for the bill, we were astonished, as they were charging us for 4 Sprites!!!!!! Instead of paying only €95.00 we would pay €102.00!!!!!!!!
The MANAGER came to the table, asking what the problem was and then, if we DIDN'T WANT to pay for the 4 sprites, what did we WANT TO PUT ON THE ACCOUNT TO PAY?!!!!!!
CARICATURAL AND RISKY SITUATION!!!!!!!
Very good employees, MANAGER not very HUMBLE.

Starter of quail eggs that are served without a drop of olive oil, without flavor. Very good, exceptional suckling pig croquettes. The best I've ever eaten.
The roe stew is dry and the rooster fish fillets are breaded with skin (it's cheap for €20)
For the 2nd time I came to this space alone, without a reservation. They look at me as if they were doing me a big favor and throw them to the back of the room.
In a region with hundreds of wineries, the wine options by the glass are terrible, to say the least, Monte Velho and the like.
The space is interesting but too pretentious for what they present.
The service is attentive and reasonable.

I've eaten better there on other days. Piglet is already big, which is reflected in the flavor and quality of the meat. Good service. Awful desserts.
