Very bad, terrible service, not to mention rude because I was sitting down and couldn't. I didn't know.I had to wait at the door, I'm pregnant and my hands were full, I stayed there for about 10 minutes or more, I got tired of waiting to go to the table.I left.

Very sad experience… unmotivated team; taking a long time to serve and come to the table (note that that day there were only 3 tables occupied). Team doesn't smile (It seems like they are doing you a favor).Afterwards, there were no menu options inside the restaurant (even though there was an option on the digital menu); They don’t make half pizzas (2 flavors)…Unfortunately, due to the lack of options in Évora, we are trapped in establishments like this.

The older guy with grey hair and black glasses was polishing the cutlery and throwing it in the basket so hard I couldn’t even hear myself talk, it was very annoying.Also, he should learn to treat his younger co-workers with a bit more respect and leadership so the younger ones will work with more fun and a bigger smile on their faces. Instead of him bossing around the younger ones and giving them a hard time.. Yeah, I saw it even though he tried to hide it.. it’s an open kitchen; some guests are not blind to that and can feel the atmosphere hanging around in that place. I worked in the hospitality business and in the kitchen as a chef for over 15 years, it doesn’t matter if it’s a Pizza Hut or a high class restaurant, you treat your co-workers with respect, lead them by example and you all don’t have a bad day.. maybe the 1-star rating in here would go up, it always starts with managing your people correctly and with respect..Don’t get me wrong, the younger guys who were waitering our table were very fast and polite, also tried very good on speaking English and explaining some menu items! Kudos to them!

The table service is poorly organized and very poor.The quality of the products is very good, the pizzas we ordered were excellent.But the price is very expensive 1 can of juice €2.40??And without a single promotion for those who consume on site?? I think this strategy is illogical

I don't know why they want the tlf since they don't answer. I placed an order through Ubereats and there is no way to obtain information about the status of the order. In the application, they have already exceeded the delivery deadline and they also do not update well and provide information. Terrible

All a disaster. The employees, instead of going to the tables, walk around like silly cockroaches laughing. I ordered the pizza 3 times after a good while there they remembered that the pizza on the counter was mine. I asked for a coffee and nobody brought it to me. As it was my lunch hour I asked to pay but nobody wanted to know. I got up upset because it was already too much clowning and the manager came there all upset to receive the payment. I ended up leaving and drinking coffee across the street. I think you have to structure the staff if you want the business to go forward. This thing of harmless dealing with people doesn't work. It's my opinion now those responsible do what they want

Well... what to say! Unfortunate!Service without any organization and knowledge of the room. And in the kitchen... forget about panic mode with some requests!ATTENTION EMPLOYEES ARE NOT AT BLAME!!!! AND YES PIZZA HUT MANAGERS OR FRANCHISES...think VERY WELL... and get out of your desks and see what's going on in stores.In the sense of putting minimally trained people. They are human beings (AND NOT CANNON FOOD) who need to be guided and taught in a stressful profession. Which requires organization, peripheral vision, calmness in a stressful environment, I could go on listing...but I'll leave it alone etc...Tables next to us were already served, others left and left the food on the table, probably a mistake in the order!And we garlic bread, potatoes with cheese sauce and a cheeseham...We had a gastronomic service of more than 1h30m...
