We were not disappointed.Our server was knowledgeable and conscientious regarding gluten allergies.I had the gnocchi with fresh vegetables. The vegetables were al dente, and the gnocchi was mixed in with the veggies on a bed of mashed potatoes. The veggies included many roots, which made for some tasty treats.My wife had the salmon, which was gluten-free. She said it was tender and moist, also served on a bed of mashed potatoes.Our sever made excellent recommendations for accompanying wines, and we finished the meal with port.This was a wonderful introduction to Évora!
