I went to this restaurant with my grandfather to have lunch. Everything was delightful. The owner Mr. João is very welcoming and does his best to create a good relathionship with the customer. In addition to that, the waitress was very polite and made sure that we had everything. The food was amazing. If you go there, make sure you ask for the sweet potato pure, you wont regret it.

The friendliest man in Evora! Great little spot where you will bump into locals as you sip your coffee and enjoy your mista sandwich. Great service. Worth the visit.

If you are tired of tourist restaurants in Evora and want to eat simple but good Portuguese food with the locals, I can warmly recommend this restaurant. I took the lunch special -appetiser and meal- and got excellent value for my money. Staff is helpful and friendly.

At first glance you may not realize that you're in for a treat. Typical Alentejan hospitality, they may seem reserved in the beginning but the service is impeccable, friendly, the food superb and the bill very affordable. The owner will go out of his way to accommodate foreign languages, entertain you and make sure your experience is the most ideal.
