I liked all the dishes in general. I found the menu very interesting and overall it brings something new, which makes dinner an EXPERIENCE. The pork tuna could have more acidity and/or more onion. The tomato and peach salad, super tasty. Well-balanced. The cuttlefish and shrimp ink casaecce was tasty, but it's a flavor that doesn't bring much newness and the pasta was 1 minute away from being al dente. The French toast was tasty, but it could have had a little less milk,...
