The lady at the counter was DEAF, it took us a long time just to ask for what we wanted! The coffees were horrible and the pastel de nata was not only bad but took 10 minutes to arrive at our table. I hoped it could have been much better!

I've never had any problems with UberEats, you can see my order history, in London, Brazil, Lisbon in Portugal, Dublin in Ireland, Seville in Spain, in none of these places did I have any problems. But in the city of Faro in Portugal, it is the second time in a month, last week with McDonalds, that my order arrives without cheese and today, right now, the delivery man cannot find my address. But last week, when I placed my McDonalds order, the delivery man found my address: Rua João Vianna Cabrita 545 Olhaão, Faro, Portugal. But the delivery guy didn't try to find my address in the system and put it on Google Maps to find out. I didn't receive my order. I sent a message to the delivery man to see my address in the uberEats system as it clearly says Rua João Vianna Cabrita 545 Olhão. The delivery man placed my order in a building close to my address, took a photo and sent it to me. I've never experienced this, you can look at my orders, I've never had this type of problem

Tapas restaurant good but not exceptional, tapas which are not Portuguese specialties, prices are correct. The service is not done at the table, you have to order at the bar and then pick up your dishes. For a midday meal, it's very good.

The food is very good but the service is terrible. Due to a worker's poor explanation, they overcharged us, neither an apology nor a refund, a kilometer-long queue just to order, only 1 person at the bar, no one in the room to serve customers (I literally had to go behind the waiter to attend to me). It's a shame that a chain from my country is giving such a bad image abroad.
