I've been going to this establishment for years and I've never been treated as poorly as I am today. People arrived after me and had food first which I had to draw their attention to which I was asked to apologize at the end they charged us the amount poorly and put items on the ticket that we didn't eat. And the service leaves a lot to be desired.

Today I arrived at the pizzeria with 15/20 minutes left before closing. I know it's not pleasant, but they refused to serve me with the house half full. Firstly, if they want to not serve people before 3pm they then have to say that they close at 2pm, secondly they are obliged to serve me. I was going to try it with the new management but I'll never go back, that's guaranteed. I was extremely displeased.

They've been the pizza of choice at home for years and honestly, even a visit to the restaurant is good because the friendliness of the staff is spectacular. We have never had a bad experience at the restaurant. The home delivery time is actually quite long compared to what we are used to, but we started picking up the pizzas from the place and they are ready in 20 minutes.
