They don't even answer the phone, I tried calling 3 times, each call spaced half an hour apart from the previous one and I got no answer. I've eaten there before and although they have good prices, it's really a case of "you get what you pay for". I won't call again for mediocre pizza

The pizza only had dough, barely cooked, very few ingredients, cheese was barely noticeable. Loaded atmosphere with delivery people crowded at the door, I had to walk through them and I didn't feel comfortable with the looks.

I went shopping and the people at the front were very friendly and polite, especially the men who received money from me. I ordered chicken pizza with extra etc. I put chicken meat (very little like no meat on the pizza) on the pizza, it's not chicken pizza right. The chef must know how much chicken to use in the chicken pizza. And no more visiting again. But thanks to the people at the front who take orders etc.
I've been a customer for many years and today I felt that the pizza was different... We ordered a large salami and the tomato sauce and salami had a different flavor... :( let's hope it's temporary, because it wasn't the same thing anymore, and It's a shame. It's still preferable that they increase the price a little, but keep the same ingredients, as that's what really makes the difference!

I have been your customer for many years, today I discovered that your store in Faro does not deliver to Montenegro, we are talking about a distance of 4.3km. I called 800224488 around 3pm and didn't get a response, they didn't answer the phone. I called 939224490 where I was told that they didn't deliver to my address, they said goodbye and hung up, I didn't even have the chance to respond, so I'm doing it this way. Just one suggestion I make to you, as a customer, if it is more convenient for you to close the gambelas restaurant at 3pm, you should guarantee coverage of the area by the restaurant that is open all day, we are not talking about a huge distance, maximum 5km. Gaining customers is difficult, losing them is easy. Compliments

On March 30th I tried to place an order, but they refused to deliver because the doorbell in my building was broken. I've never had any problems when I order food from other entities because when they arrive at the door they call. I asked to speak to the manager to explain the situation and he was arrogant and rude and refused to make the delivery.
