In a place where there is no offer at all, we go to a careful place.We booked a table the day before and chose our dish right away. In our case, mixed fish.Where we eat sardines, scaled mackerel and scaled mackerel. For me they were divine.A simple, yet tasty cuisine. Good and fresh fish.Family atmosphere, thanks to the very friendly service from D. Paula's niece.We will return

Genuine place. This is not the Algarve of the turist, and hopefully they will keep away as they will not understand the vibe of the place. I might regret this review, hopefully it will not attract undesirable hordes of people.

The place is authentic and very picturesque, so when you arrive after making a reservation and they give you what they have in the kitchen, without telling you what it is (they don't have a menu), you eat it willingly, especially if it is fresh fish, cooked Charcoal and with excellent seasoning. The pleasantness and good disposition of the waiters is also worth highlighting. So much for the good, and for some people it may not be enough... but personally I consider it a robbery to charge six roasted sardines at 13.50 euros, and another tray with three small mackerel and a small horse mackerel, at the same price. Sardines and mackerel. So watch the price. Abusive, don't expect that because it is an authentic and hidden place it will surprise your pocketbook.

2 stars just because it's so authentic and the people are nice, unfortunately the food as served went cold straight away (usually comes with a pot) and the pasta was totally overcooked, tasted bland and the bread was definitely 2 days old, everything about it was very dissatisfied, we have We were very happy but unfortunately as we were sitting we would have already been served the food (probably pre-cooked for a few hours!!) without a starter and unfortunately afterwards without a dessert ? and unfortunately expensive!!!! ? than other restaurants the islands!!!!!!!! It's a shame ?♀️and what I find absolutely no go is that coffee ☕️ is served in plastic cups ?these days something so environmentally unfriendly for these beautiful islands ??
