Amazing service, when picking up my order I was greeted at the counter by Mr. Pierre Alencar, the guy knows how to deal with the public! I have worked in the customer service area for a few years and it is difficult to see someone with this type of behavior... Attentive, helpful and calm, he is the type of person who makes you come back to the establishment. I wish you all the best, friend, a hug! Value this guy!

This is for the people ordering Uber Eats: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered two hamburgers and they took almost an hour to deliver the damn order, and the hamburgers were cold and disgusting. During this time, I tried to update the order several times and they only made a single number available either on Uber Eats or on the Internet. Only when the man from Burger King arrived at my door to deliver the food, did I manage to speak to the store manager, and even then he still took a while to answer his own employee and called through another number! When talking to me again, even though I explained the current situation to him, it was still as if nothing bad had happened! I think it's a lack of professionalism and a lack of respect! There is no respect for the customer. I hope this is a tip for future customers and I say, once again, do not order or come to Burger King in Fórum Algarve!
