Had a bad Coffee with soymik for 4€. The soymik cost 1€. The soymik was expired I guess, the coffee tastes like [censored].
We had there a vegan salad and it looked great but we felt very soon hungry. The proteins were missing.
Modern offering good pastries. The bathrooms in poor condition, seeing the kitchen on the way to is unappealing. Youngest female waitress noticeably rude on both visits unacceptable for this standard.
Absolutely chaos. Service is so random that drinks took 30 minutes and I was given a flat white instead of a latte and not sure it was oat milk, food an extra 30 minutes on top. People served before us who arrived a long time after us, others arrived before us still waiting to be served after us. And worse, there's hardly any vegan options. I was about to walk out when they finally brought the food. I had the vegan toast which came with vegan cheese (which isn't even melted). Far too expensive, lack of choice, and they have no idea what they're doing. Avoid!
I decided not to order as the options weren’t substantial - in my opinion they aren’t complete meals and won’t fill you up. Choice is severely lacking and it’s overpriced for what it is.
I took the vegan Avocado toast and it was one of the most delicious vegan breakfast i ever ate. It contained dyed tomatoes, mushrooms, Avocado, cheese, Rucola and walnuts. I am a small Person and was Not full Up with food. In My opinion price was little too high. Updated from previous review on 2024-05-24
I've been to Chelsea's for brunch a few times now. The café has a very nice display counter with pastries and various cakes. Unfortunately, the waiters always seem to be very stressed and treat the guests differently based on whether they speak Portuguese or not. Such differences in treatment should generally not be noticeable to the guest. But especially not when the restaurant is mainly frequented by tourists and expats. In addition, parts of the order were often forgotten, as the team does not seem to have a well-organized table division. The food has always been okay, but nothing special. The shakshuka is a bit watery and the avocado toast/toast benedic a bit small for the price. As Chelsea's is almost the only real brunch place in Faro, the establishment generally attracts a lot of guests. Nevertheless, it would be desirable if the quality of service and food could be improved. Because in a more competitive environment, Chelsea's wouldn't perform very well.

Extremely disappointed. Quality NOT as before!I am sure I got a left over lasagna. No taste at all and sadly I got very sick during the night. Nearly called 112 that’s how bad it was. We were regularly guests. As no reply on Tripadvisor and no excuse whatsoever we will never come back!

Went here twice for breakfast. Quick service, lovely food, friendly service. I'd avoid the tapioca pancakes, they are very dry! American pancakes were much nicer for me. Gets v busy but lots tables inside.

Lovely, relaxed atmosphere sitting outside with a saxophone player busking up the street. Staff are friendly and quick to see you. Food was absolutely delicious and decent vegan options, the burger wasn’t available today so we both had Vegan Toast. Absolutely give it go, so pleased we didn’t end up with a burger in the end because this was delicious and felt nice and healthy. Food and drinks came out quickly. Highly recommend!

Delicious food and perfect coffee. Service was quick and efficient. Staff were really friendly & polite, even though I was speaking English and bad Portuguese. Lovely atmosphere and professionalism, I hope to visit again soon.

Nice place for brunch. A decent food selection. I had the Chelsea pancakes, with add on of two eggs and avocado (they had a odd taste but assuming it was the spices or something else local specific used). It was very busy at 11am on a Saturday.
Vegetarian options: A few veggie/vegan options available.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's on street level with outside tables.
