If I could put zero stars on the service at this place I would! It’s right in the city centre with all the tourists and what not and apparently none of the staff could speak English. I had a waitress bark at me (the girl with a fringe) in Portuguese even when I used body gestures (along with English) to say that I wanted a table for one. And she seemed to insist that they had no tables even if there was clearly plenty of available tables.The same girl and another (both have blond highlights in their hair) served everyone else and I saw them try to interact with other customers that spoke English—I am not sure whether they were stand offish because I am black, but I must highlight the fact that they had no problem with white English speaking customers… zero out of zero—slowest, and worst dining of my entire vacation. This place should be closed down!

I ate at this restaurant today and was unfortunately very disappointed. As soon as we entered, we were greeted unfriendly by the waitresses, without a simple “hello” or greeting. The service was generally taciturn and inattentive.
To start with we were served bread with olives and carrots, which ended up being added to the bill without being mentioned beforehand. The waiting times were also unacceptable. My partner received his food and I had to wait another 15 minutes for mine. We also had to wait a full 20 minutes for the water we ordered.
At the end of the visit we were not bid farewell and no one asked whether we enjoyed the food. The food itself was average and didn't make up for the disappointing experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We were two people and they gave us the couvert: olives with carrots and a little bread, but then on the bill they charged us two couverts because they say you pay per person, so they charged us 3 euros per person, 6 euros for some olives and 3 pieces of carrot and bread. The food was not great and the prices on the street signs do not correspond to the price of the dishes. Not recommended.

Very disappointed despite good food!! Service too slow, more than 30 minutes to be served! With an aperitif service given for waiting and charged €6 for 2 people without information! And 1 bottle of water billed for 1.5L instead of 0.75L... that's a lot of negative things for a restaurant... relatively disappointed considering the already negative reviews previously... the comments are not taken into account. ..shame!! So I don't recommend! Incorrect, amplified billing and too long wait!

Carafe d'eau payante avec erreur sur la quantité, et mise en bouche également payante (3 euros par personne pour des carottes, un peu de pain et une sauce mayo). Only reason I’m giving two stars is so that this comment gets read. Food is dis-gust-ing. Only thing good about it is, it’s very little. They will charge you for bread with mayonnaise 3€ pp. I was most impressed by the apparent shamelessness of the waiters serving you „dinner“ with a straight face. Stay away!

The presentation is beautiful, but the skewer is overcooked. A plate of appetizers with bread was brought to us while waiting for the dish even though we had not ordered it. Luckily I had just read the reviews from other customers and asked if it was free? The waitress confirmed to me that there was a charge (3 euros). I refused the plate. The bill comes with the billing for 2 plates of appetizers (6 euros) and the billing at €3.50 for a 1.5 liter bottle of water (instead of 0.75 liter). I refused to pay. The waitress came back and only removed the 2 plates of appetizers. I refused to pay again. After discussion with the restaurant owner, the waitress came back a third time to present us with the corrected bill. The first bill was €29.50. The 3rd bill cost €22.50 (already expensive for what we consumed). I do not recommend this restaurant.
