Excellent restaurant! Everything was perfect, from the selection and quality of the products, to the service and the magnificent romantic atmosphere of the space. Congratulations and thank you for providing me with one of the best gastronomic experiences ever!

Florian is a privilege. A garden where the sweet smell of hibiscus welcomes us in the dim light. A shot of gazpacho with a mini smoked salmon toast (there) welcomed us. The tartare, the smoked salmon with avruga, the bluefin and veal, the tatin with apple ice cream, the chef's dessert, caramel, vanilla in cream, red fruits, the late harvest that finishes all this off before the unimaginable "finale" of white chocolate, macadamia nuts and milk chocolate.
