This place is a proper hidden gem! It doesn’t look like much from the outside and is a bit funny to get to but oh my god the food was amazing. The service is fantastic, very traditional quality of service that you rarely see anymore. I loved how they didn’t have menus but rather the menu is written on a board that they move around the restaurant. We were so impressed we came twice during our one week holiday in the Algarve. Also incredibly reasonably priced, given the quality of food and size of servings. Highly recommend, we will be back

Great food and service first class. Very relaxed and friendly. Nothing seems too much trouble if you'd like to tweak a dish. Beautiful fillet steaks! Very popular with the local population. Highly recommended with a good choice on the menu.

We had the best ever crispy white fish we’ve ever had in the Algarve amazing white fish lovely sweet potato fries , mushy peas and NO BONES in the fish, service 10 out of 10 and fantastic value for money. João and his wife work their socks of and deserve all the business they get. Please try their wide range of fish and meat and more and you will always return. Haydn and Diane Supporters for 15 years
