Was looking forward to the vegan dessert (chocolate and salted caramel something) but they didn't have it 😫 free tequila when the countdown clock reaches 0 😆

The food was so good! We got the tacos and chilli and were very satisfied. There was also a countdown on the clock and once it reached zero they gave us a free tequila shot?? Very random but it was good. They also have juice as a non alcoholic option

The tacos tasted good. We were asked if we wanted to share nachos with guacamole as a starter, for which we ended up paying 11€. The portion size is rather small for the price, and the service staff seemed disinterested. Taste-wise it was good, but we wouldn't go there a second time.

Came here hoping it would live up to its 4.3 reviews. We waited over an hour and half for food. Waiter came back over 4 times to say many menu options were not available. Food was finally served, but cold and chewy. Fajitas were not served with half of the things it should have been served with. I did however feel bad for the poor waiter, who was extremely rushed off his feet and the place was clearly understaffed- not his fault at all. The place was badly ran by management and the kitchen was badly ran. The waiter also quite rightly gave us a discount as we complained. As I said- not his fault. Such a shame as we came here for my mums birthday meal out too. Don’t bother!

We visited this place during the weekend. The reviews were pretty high, but unfortunately, the experience was poor.
Service: The place seemed quite empty when we arrived, but we had to wait a while to get the menu. Then we had to wait even longer to have our order taken because the waiters were either standing around chatting or completely ignoring us as they walked past. We waited more than 40 minutes for our food without being informed about the wait time. Additionally, people who arrived after us received their food faster. The waiters also neglected to clear empty plates, choosing instead to stand around chatting or ignore the tables.
Menu Availability: Half of the menu was not available. After we ordered, the waiter had to come back twice to inform us that our choices were not available.
Music: Initially, there was no music, then it switched to insanely loud music. Instead of the expected Mexican music, they played reggaeton.
Tequila: The concept of serving tequila every 30-45 minutes is fun until you notice that the waiters are pouring the cheapest tequila into more expensive El Toro tequila bottles and pretending it is the premium brand.
Food: The guacamole was overpriced at 11 euros and the portion was small. The tacos with sirloin steak, priced at 17 euros, were made with poor quality meat that was impossible to chew, as it felt like gum.

I don't recommend it, to begin with, many menu options were not available and a table of 8 people was forced to eat the same dish (fajitas). Some dishes came with hair and when we asked for another dish to be brought back, it came back with hair. For every 3 people, only a portion of 5 small tortillas came and when we asked for more because we thought we were entitled to it, they charged us in the end. The margarita was good but super weak, as were the shots that were served every 30 minutes.
