One of the best KFC stores in the Algarve. 5 star service, very friendly and attentive to customers. I really liked it and I will definitely come back more often. Especially the manager Janice. Congratulations to the entire team.

Goodnight. My name is Idajares Junior. I have already traveled to several countries and have never been so well received as at the Forum Algarve Portugal store in Faro. Janice and Elisangela were very attentive to me and my wife. The snack was incredible and the hot spicy wings combo was delicious. We all know how difficult it is to work with the public, and yet they had a huge smile on their faces and with great affection made the snack experience even better. Sometimes we face some personal adversities and not every day we are well. But Mrs. They exceeded all our expectations. Congratulations Janice and Elisangela for being so professional and spectacular. Success always. The world really needs more people like you. ??????
They put a promotion on Uber Eats where you were supposed to buy one, get one more. I placed this order TWICE, and both times they only sent a burger, and the wrong one. Bad establishment.

After ordering a Bücket for 2, the order was delayed a lot so a lady came out and apologized and told me that to make up for it she could choose the pieces, so she just said that she didn't like chicken breast. They confirmed that everything was fine, I get home and the bucket contains only breasts, plus a woman's long hair.And the fries tasted like cleaning products

We were in the drive and the service was terrible, i used to work in a fast food and i know u have to speed but it was 22:30 nobody in the drive way so you can take a moment to understand the customer, i dont speak portuguese and she don’t want to understand anything . She literally talked about me with her friends in the mic , we are not dumb . This not professional at all . After all , in the order , no tissue, no ketchup nothing, she didn’t ask and just want to rush …

Bad experience. The quality of the menu as in other countries, but the size of the chicken strips very small. The slow girl, with little desire to work, seemed to be annoyed by everything. After repeating what we wanted several times, he made a mistake in the order. She made an effort to understand us, repeating herself over and over again in Portuguese when it turns out that she spoke our language. He missed a drink and when he told him he got upset. The kitchen staff came out to take the orders. The waiting time was displayed on the screen. We saw that after 5 minutes it turned red... we were there for 20 minutes! My food came out at first just like the strips and there it sat cold waiting for the potatoes along with the drinks 15 minutes out, already hot. The staff was spinning. A man complained and the girl with the face of "get out of here you bother me", came out like a machine without expression to talk to him. Disappointing in terms of staff. Mr. Manager, you will have to see the waiting times. Really 0 rating.I wouldn't keep up with any KFC in my town. There were only 3 orders! Zero organization.
