I place my order and the employee tells me that she doesn't have any change and that I have to pay by card. I understand that when I place my order and want to pay, the problem with change is not the customer's and it is not the same as the customer who has to go to the gas station to get change. Regrettable

Dear KFC team,

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had in your restaurant in Faro tonight. We placed an order for a bucket of 15 tenders for three people, and were extremely disappointed with the quality of the products we received.

Most of the tenders were clearly reheated, extremely dry and hard, without any juiciness. Of the 15 tenders, only 2 or 3 were minimally acceptable, while the rest were unfit for consumption. We have already realized that, with inflation, the size of tenders has decreased significantly, but paying a high price to receive reheated and dried food is unacceptable. This situation shames KFC's reputation and its commitment to quality.

Furthermore, when reporting the issue to customer service, we were met with a negligent attitude. Despite there being three employees in the restaurant – one at the register and two in the kitchen – our complaint was treated disinterestedly and nothing was done to remedy the situation. This lack of professionalism and seriousness is disappointing and does not meet the quality standards that KFC promises.

Our experience at your restaurant was extremely negative and we would like to see this issue resolved appropriately. I hope you take the necessary measures to ensure that situations like this do not happen again, in order to maintain the trust and satisfaction of your customers.
