We have always been customers of the pastry shop due to its location close to our house, and because until now we never had anything to say, every now and then there would be a cake that was a little drier and it was clear that it wasn't fresh but it still apparently looked edible. . But today, when I passed by the bakery and asked for two cakes to take home, I came across a checkered cake with green mold, a musty flavor, which the employees said was from a product they used to join the squares of the cake, which when in contact with the chocolate part turned green, that they would have sold more than 15 of those cakes that day and that no one would have complained. With so many bakeries selling this type of cake, none of the fresh cakes have this appearance. Without giving me any kind of solution, other than eating a spoiled cake, I had to pay for the cake and throw it away, because it was unfit for consumption. I didn't write it in the complaints book for the amount it was, however I regret it because it concerns public health. Without a doubt, they lost a customer today.

Beautiful and clean environment I arrived early and stayed for more than 1 hour, long enough to see the amount of delicious and fresh things that came from the kitchen, filling the window.
