Look, I've eaten at McDonald's in several countries, but this one takes the cake. First they charge us two VAT, one of 23% and another of 13% for not being from Portugal. Second, the workers are rude, they laugh in your face if you don't understand the language. Third, they don't give napkins or ketchup. Fourth, when you ask for an extra ingredient that you have already passed and they don't give it to you, they look at you badly and with a look of disgust. And I put fewer stars because I don't know it's possible.

The manager in white shirt is not very friendly, doesn't smile, and is not very helpful. Looks miserable. The food was cold, and it was a very slow service. And was the third time I visited. Coffee was cold also.

Beggars enter the restaurant to ask for money, they pass by on the terrace and ask for their food. There is no control they took over and McDonalds just got used to living with them instead of solving the problem. One day there will be problems
