O Chaparro is a small, traditional Portuguese restaurant with a unique blue decor and wooden furniture. The blackboard wall allows for creative decorations and menu listings. The meal, including the special of the day, fries, drinks, and coffee, was simple, delicious, and reasonably priced at €42.
