Today, 08/08/2024, +/- at 8pm. As soon as my son sat down, the employee approached me and said that the table was reserved, there was no indication of this on the table, however I asked if there was a table where I could sit. The employee's answer was no, but it depended on how long the table would be occupied. I got up, thanked him and replied that there were other establishments and left. Indirectly I was asked to leave.

Superb terrace facing the port. Tasty and generous cuisine (I recommend the paella which was exceptional!). On the other hand, the service needs to be reviewed. Dishes forgotten, and cocktails less and less careful as the evening goes on.

Reserved a table to be at the front for sunset, we kept trying to say this to the staff they just waived us off and placed us at the back. We said again we had a reservation and they finally listened and moved us. Ordering took some time. Drinks came fast. Food took almost an hour to come out and when it did they messed the order. We informed the staff member and he said l will be back, he then continued to serve other customers. We informed another staff member and he insisted we ordered that dish and blamed us for ordering wrong (allergic to seafood so definitely did not order the seafood starter). We finally got the right entree which was nice. Mains came out soon after and the vegetarian pasta was nothing special, very plain and simple, not worth the price. Was very disappointed and also fell sick after dinner with likely food poisoning? wouldn’t recommend at all

We ordered a small beer and a wine. So far so good, they bring the beer large (they don't have small clean glasses) and they charge it as a large one. We told them that this is not how things are, to at least ask. But… they made no attempt to apologize.

Really nice prawns: much better than fancier places in the region. I also had a pizza which was tasty and technically acceptable because i’m an Englishman. I imagine an actual Italian would say it was fake awful nonsense though.

This bar has a nice location right on the harbor and offers great drinks. The staff could use some improvement in the speed of service, but overall it's a good bar.
The quantity and the speed of bringing the food were the only drawbacks. The location is amazing, live music was too good too.

Almost at closing time we decided to go for ice cream. We were really, really well attended to by Vitória who had a lot of patience to explain all the ice creams to us and give us advice. Accompanied by the best view of Faro. Great experience! The rest of the staff was equally friendly!
