I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your restaurant. It was a birthday dinner for someone who had gone through a difficult time, and the evening was ruined by a series of problems.
Firstly, upon arriving, we had to wait 5 minutes until we were attended to by the person responsible for reservations. On Google, they mention great cocktails, but we were told there were no cocktails available. I expected a high-end restaurant, but what I found was a huge disappointment. The floor was in deplorable condition and the whitewashed walls were dirty. The starters were banal and the quantity of clams was extremely insufficient. The cataplana, supposedly for two people, only had tuna and dried clams, clearly reused from other days. The seafood consisted of just common shrimp. Paying almost 50 euros for a cataplana of this quality was an insult. Furthermore, the service was appalling. The only employee who demonstrated any competence was André. The others seemed disorganized and the service was so inadequate that the birthday girl preferred to avoid eye contact with the employee (one with a whiter beard).
The experience was so negative that we ended up going out to eat ice cream elsewhere, as we were genuinely hungry. We spent almost 100 euros for a meal that left us unsatisfied and disappointed. I intend to inform the more than 500 people I know about the treatment we received (already around 200 know, now many more). It is regrettable that we did not even receive an apology.

The dinner was nothing to complain about... oysters in 3 types, the simple ones are better, their authentic flavor can be enjoyed better... a risotto with crab which however was made with an original rice suitable more for soups, but the flavor was delicate and Good. Fantastic bread basket, warm and soft. At the time of the dessert I asked both in Portuguese and in English the presence of milk because I am allergic and I was brought a dessert that made me feel really bad, ruined the evening... serious carelessness of the waiter

One of the best places to dine in the center of Faro. We ordered octopus, garlic prawns and a mix of croquettes (prawns, cockles and razor clams) and we were delighted. The quality of their products is noticeable. Very friendly and fast service. A restaurant of 10.

The garlic scampi’s and the garlic octopus are great. The cataplana watery and not worth the money. Service is hit and miss. We’ve asked three times for the bill and are still waiting - over 35 minutes as we speak.

The dishes are very good but the "surf and something" at almost 40th for supposedly 2 people when there are 2 large shrimp and 3 mini pieces of meat on a skewer is clearly a steal!
