We had to wait for our car to be repaired at the local machanics so we took the family for some breakfast and coffee to kill some time. Although they only do scrambled eggs on toast the breakfast was really pleasant, coffee was great, the kids enjoyed cheese and ham toasties and freshly squeezed orange juice and we have plans to go back again as we complete our great vacation in the Algarve. Lots of delicious pastries to choose from too. Indoor and outdoor seating and a clean bathroom. You can pay with an Apple Pay too. The owner Carina used to have her own cafe on the outskirts of Paris but this has a lovely Portuguese charm to it. Staff very friendly and speak some English and French as far as I know

Great little cafe in Santa Barbara de Nexe for Lunch and Wine..excellent prices as well...we'll get back here again many times for lunch prior to departure...Shame on me for not commenting on the great, friendly, informative service provided by the proprietors of this great spot. A pic of of our beautiful host for the past month, "Crina" and a shout out to her wonderful Mommy....Florentina..who was out shopping this time in!...if we lived here it would certainly be our number 1 spot for lunch a couple times a week...as we do now as tourists????????
