It was like Hell’s Kitchen, the experience was so bad! When we complained we were still treated poorly by the owner.

I will not be returning, and I will explain below my experience in this restaurant, where I was served among a group of 26 people.
We arrived at the restaurant a little before 7:30 pm (appointed time), where other groups were also reserved, and we waited until 9 pm to start the meal (I would like to mention that we were among the first to arrive, and the last to be served). Although we booked a table in advance and agreed on a specific menu worth €20 with Mr. Custódio Guerreiro, which included several starters, a carvery of meat and fish, and some desserts, only two of the starters were served.
After waiting for 1h30, the "fish rotation" consisted of just one dish with two mackerel, two potatoes and salad. After complaining, two more salmon steaks were served to the group. When we questioned the lack of variety and quantity of fish, Mr. Custódio informed us that it would be possible to bake more fish, which never happened.
After almost 3 hours in the restaurant, the meat was finally served. However, the quality did not meet expectations. The meat was salty and the only veal dish served (after, once again, complaints) for 26 people was tasteless.
When ordering a panacota for dessert: "- I now have 100 people to serve, I have to have 100 panacotas. We play, don't we?!" This was the ironic and disrespectful way the restaurant owner responded to me.
This type of behavior and the overall quality of the meal demonstrated a complete disregard for customers and a complete lack of professionalism. I consider it unacceptable for a restaurant to treat its customers in this way. I don't recommend

Everything that was supposed to go well, went wrong in this restaurant. A dinner for a group of 26 people, in which the agreement with the restaurant owner was a menu with several starters, all-you-can-eat meat, all-you-can-eat fish and desserts. We were served only 2 of the starters that were on the menu, with all the others missing. After waiting for more than 1h30, the “rodizio” that was delivered to us was a plate with 2 small mackerel for each person and 2 salmon fillets for the 26 people. When we asked, they said they could bake more fish, but the fish never arrived. Almost 3 hours after we were in the restaurant, the meat arrived, and once again what was on the menu was not done, the meat was salty and the only veal dish for 26 people tasted nothing. It should also be noted that for desserts and coffees, we had to be the customers who picked up and served them. A shame. When we complained to the owners, the owner devalued it and the owner was super rude and unpleasant, showing that they do not have the capacity to have a restaurant. I can only thank Mrs. Natália for all her friendliness, who was very helpful throughout the dinner, besides, I'm just not giving 0 stars because I can't.

I recommend .Two independent rooms.One with air conditioning, and the other under a pearl or outdoor shed.Excellent cuisine, traditional Portuguese, more focused on grilled fish and grilled meat, Grilled Piano, with Black Pork, a specialty. Good fries, good rice, salads served in a mountain style style.Good variety of national wines in this case Good wine cellar.Desserts all good.Friendly, professional and quick service. Nowadays it's becoming difficult to do so.Good coffee, I recommend it to try the house brandy. The famous smell in coffee.
