Good food but very poor customer service. 1 of the 5 dishes had an hair piece on the far side of the eater, right on the opposite side. The hair colour did not match the colour of the customer hair colour and the waiter was very defensive and refuse to accept any mistake saying all in the staff in kitchen didn’t have that hair colour. In the end, the head-waiter came to terms with the complain and apologised. I think a genuine apology right at the start of the issue would solve the problem.

This restaurant has its own seating area but still open to the mall. The food was very good and the price quite reasonable. Service was adequate.

I am not a fan of eating at a mall but this restaurant offers "food court" meals of excellent quality. Everytime we visit Vasco da Gama, this is where we have lunch. Since this last stop happened during COVID-19, we noticed that extra measures were being taken: tables were only set when customers arrived, silverware was cleaned before being distributed, appetizers were covered and would be removed from the table should we decide not to consume them. Service was efficient and fast. Wine list is extensive and affordable. We ordered Bacalhau a Bras, Lombinhos de Porco a Serra, Bitoque de Frango, Bife the Novilho and Arroz de Pato. All delicious. The steak was a bit undercooked but we sent it back and it returned perfect. The Serra cheese and presunto we had as appetizers were absolutely phenomenal and the bread was tasty as well. Will return for sure!

Good restaurant, nothing special. Service without attention or courtesy. For them, a tourist is a tourist, he won't come back, so why care?In 2015 it was much better, I came back and I was disappointed.Tasteless, careless food. They try to exploit you, and a lot, with starters, which they already set the table for you. Does every place do this? Yes. But not with the prices here.
