Bad experience. We arrived with a reservation at 1:15 pm, we ordered 4 varieties of fish and there was nothing, a fish restaurant with half a dozen types. After this, the food only arrived at 3:10 pm, the potatoes, salad and ice-cold xerém were already there. We complained and they still thought they had the right to say “we can do nothing”, as if customers didn't have the right to ask for satisfaction. Terrible and arrogant service, I don't recommend it.

Today, May 5, 2024, I decided to celebrate 24 people's birthdays in a restaurant that I frequently visit and where I have never had any complaints. I recommended this restaurant to my family, who came from Alentejo (2 hours away), expecting an excellent experience. However, the experience was disappointing. Not because of the quality of the food, which is excellent, but because of the lack of friendliness of one of the waitresses. We waited over 2 hours without receiving our food, despite being told repeatedly that the mixed fish was on its way. I decided to express my dissatisfaction politely, but unfortunately I did not receive an adequate response. There was a lack of respect, patience and consideration for customers 0 and more than a crooked response. This is unacceptable.
