I had dinner with my girlfriend, delicious and abundant typical food. There is a waitress who is like the maracas of Machín, come on, she is like a whistle. She's like one of these rare otakus who makes strange noises, meows like a Persian cat and things like that, guaranteed laughter. When he comes down the steps he puts his hands like Mr. Burns and jumps, it's hard not to laugh.

Really nice traditional Portuguese food and very kind staff! I definitely recommend it. If you end up choosing the choco grelhado don’t forget to ask it without ink (‘cause I forgot?)
Vegetarian options: There aren’t any vegetarian options on the menu. However, if you tell them you are vegetarian (which my brother is) they will cook up a lovely dish! He had a vegetarian burger with a sunny side up egg, some salad, rice and even fries!

Excellent spot right by the airport. But give yourself time, they were very busy around lunchtime (restaurant was full, all seemed to be local except us) and you'll want to savor the food. We tried two of the daily specials, and both were fantastic even though they weren't what we would normally order. We'll make a point to come back next time we fly through Faro.
