The most disgusting ham and cheese toastie. How difficult can be to toast a sandwich? They under cook it first time, burn it second time, but only on top, the underneath remain white . Not a mention is a ripoff at 8:50 euros.

Bad service - just paid over 20 euros on food and coffee for the family. I asked if they could fill my toddlers sippy cup with tap water but he said it was out of order, which I struggle to believe is true. It’s such a small ask after spending so much, for a baby too! He was so grumpy. Bad service for what we paid

I must say it looks very presentable place in Faro Airport however the coffee here is by far the worst coffee I have ever tried. it makes other brands looks good.the Barista doesnt have a clue how to prepare flat white (some basics training wouldnt be a bad idea)The coffee they actually use is probably 100% Robusta and roasted to dark dark dark charcoal looking thing. it just taste burnt and it has a horrible after taste. for 3.90 euros a flat white please have some dignity in what you do and sort out this place.

Food is poor quality. €28 for two breakfasts and two teas, neither of us enjoyed the food. I couldn't eat the rubber sausages. Disappointment. Waste of €28.

Very poor food quality.I asked for an avocado toast with egg, the Avocado was not seasoned and they drizzled a horrible green oil on the egg that destroyed the flavour even more. Also, they were saving avocado by using only a 10th of it on my toast. Espresso coffee was horrible, really a shame when you're in Portugal, the land of espresso.
Husband took a full breakfast and ate very little of it as bacon was full of fat and tough as old boots , beans weren’t warm enough hash browns were soft and soggy and again not hot enough which left the sausage as the only item he ate ! I opted for a cheese and tomato baguette sandwich which I asked them to heat . It was okay but the red cheese wasn’t cheddar ( even though it looked like it ) and the amount of tomato slices outweighed the cheese and as they were thick ,not as hot as should have been . We both had coffee which was okay however we were both eating in and he got a ceramic cup whilst I got a paper one! Also very overpriced. Won’t hurry Back .

Awful place due to terrible customer service. Served by Mandeep Singh. Rude, unknowledgeable staff. The one hot vegan option was not available but was offered eggs instead!!! Since when are eggs vegan! Waited 20 mins for tomatoes on toast and even then, i had to go back to the counter to chase order. No it wasnt busy and about 4 staff behind counter who just stared! Do not recommend this place purely based on awful staff!

SHOCKING!I bought a mushroom toastie as I am vegetarian and have been for many years.I started eating it and it had chicken and bacon in it.I went to the till and spoke to a blond woman who was the only one wearing a grey top instead of a dark one like the rest of the staff. I thought she might have been the manager. I explained what happened and she found it pretty funny because she laughed in my face. Obviously very amusing... It wasn't funny, I was really upset having eaten some chicken. No apology whatsoever. She just said the label on the toastie was wrong... Wow! Thanks for telling me that! She should be fired!

If you like coffee, don’t order it here! This might be the worst cappuccino I’ve ever drunk (or, rather, not drunk). Far too hot so the coffee was burned, and very weak - which is probably just as well as it has a horrid flavour! Also the tables need cleaning.

Went here tonight with my Mum before catching our flight back to the UK. Great location with friendly and professional staff and lovely tea! Highly recommended!! :)
