Food was very good but the service was very lacklustre. Slow to order, slow to get top ups etc, had to chase several times for drinks, sides, and the hill. Was very surprised to be charged 10 Euros for water after we asked for tap water. When we challenged this, we were told “we don’t serve tap water only bottled.”. That would have been fine but you need to say that at the point of ordering. Food was generally excellent and well prepared.

This place was so good that we returned the next night (and we only had 2 nights in Lisbon). The service was perfect both nights. The lasagna was amazing and the atmosphere was delightful. Highly recomment it but be sure to make reservations because the inside seating is limited.

This is one of many “street’ restaurants in Lisbon during the warm months. Skip all the other waiters waving menus and go here. The food at this restaurant is very good. Pasta was fantastic — my husband had the Bolognese and I had the special. Fresh salad and delicious bread and olives. Our server, Milan, was so attentive and had great suggestions. They had blankets and heaters (though we didn’t need them). The ambience is great.

Was disappointed we were celebrating our 50 th wedding anniversary, we had reservation but asked to sit outside food was good not as good as we expected and our service was good to begin with then we had to wave for service, I was asked if I wanted another glass of wine I said yes please and finally waved down someone else to bring me one you spend that much you expect some service

One of our better dinners in Lisbon and we have had a couple of nice ones here already. The pastas were excellent, the salads very good and a full bar and very nice wine list. Service a little slow at the beginning, but picked up as the dinner continued. The inside of the restaurant was warm, inviting, bright and clean. We would go again.
