A reasonable place to wait outside the airport that also has a decent selection of drinks and food. You need to order at the counter, so don’t be waiting for the waiter for too long. It is a bit pricey, but that is to be expected since it is at the airport. You neee to for the menu at the table qr code.
Great place to start the day! Good coffee and a wide range of food, now including a full English. Nothing much better than sitting in the morning sun with a large flat white and a club sandwich watching the chaos evolve. There is no smoking area in the airport at the moment so make the most of it at the Travellers Rest. Even early morning the staff are approachable and helpful. Highly recommended.
Food: 1x fries and 1x baguette + 1x chocolate cookie were ordered. ?
Deduction for 2x⭐️:
- Fries too cold,?
- Chocolate cookie a bit dry and therefore not very tasty,?
- In terms of taste, baguette was just a gap filler for the stomach, ?
Service: The service staff was ok (apparently slightly annoyed)?
