I come here to demonstrate my dissatisfaction with the service I received on 09/03/2023 around 5 pm (I leave the date and time in case someone responsible reads this review). To say that the service was terrible is an understatement for the discomfort I felt as a customer for realizing that it was an inconvenience to order pasta. The lady who was cooking started to complain, clearly because customers had arrived, (perhaps it was her break, but as a customer I am not to blame for that as they were open) and the gentleman who attended to us at the counter did not have the least manner, he wasn't even able to say “good afternoon”, he just stared at me until I said what I wanted to eat. I seriously hope that someone in charge puts an eye on the people they hire to work because it will only give the company a bad name. I will never eat at this establishment again and the only reason I didn't ask for the complaints book is because it's common for no one to do anything and at least here, anyone thinking of going there to eat will know what to expect.

I would give 0 rating to this food outlet as their staff specially a girl named " jessica" at point of sale knows nothing about customer service. She served me cold food and upon complaining she passed racial comment as well. I hope management would teach their staff so they don't do racial profiling of customers. Overall pathetic food and staff.
