The “CASA PLÁTANO” restaurant is located on one of the main avenues in FÁTIMA, close to several hotels and souvenir shops, approximately 150 meters from the access to the main courtyard of the Capela das Apparições. On the second floor of the souvenir shop and Café Plátano, you will find a modern, beautiful, refrigerated, comfortable restaurant, with varied dishes, a great wine list, cold beer and free purified water with the house brand. Great service from the waiters. Affordable prices.. The restaurant has an elevator for easy access to the restaurant or the basement bathrooms.

I had a fantastic experience at Casa Platano Restaurante! The meal started with a fish soup that was a delightful surprise, boasting a light texture and rich flavors that danced on the tongue, thanks to its varied ingredients. Although I forgot to specify how I wanted my sirloin steak cooked and it came well-done instead of medium-rare, it was still quite enjoyable. However, the real standout was the chickpea fries — crispy on the outside and soft inside, perfectly balanced in taste. The ambiance is relaxed with great lounge music, enhancing the clean and welcoming environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly. A small suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that staff ask how guests prefer their steak cooked. Highly recommended for a pleasant dining experience with creative dishes!

BRUTAL. Possibly the best place I have eaten in recent years. Super clean, new and big place. The flavors of the food are spectacular. If you can, order cod and octopus. For dessert, ask for cream milk.

Wonderful, one of the best meals I have ever had, and the fabulous service, I will return on the next trip

We had an amazing lunch after we visited Fátima. I’ve tried the octopus which was nice, soft and perfect combination with the sweet potato gratin and the mint sauce.
The plate looked like a piece of art. My dad tried the Duck with the risotto and he was also amazed. Thanks Diana for the great service. I highly recommend this restaurant.
