The worst experience ever!! The dishes presented outside the restaurant are completely misleading advertising, when you enter the menu they only have much higher prices, it's already off to a bad start. But I wanted a good lunch so I moved on. We ordered 3 picanhas, 16 euros each!! Another bottle of wine and coffee. 85 EUROS in total! Okay, if the food is suitable, BUT NOT. The "PICANHA" wasn't picanha, I firmly believe they added some steak or used a leftover bitoquee, hard, dry,... definitely horrible. The accompanying beans were not suitable for humans, completely hard, unopened, tasteless, they seemed to have just been boiled. In the end, it was so, so bad that I couldn't hear my wife's order and had to complain to the manager. Problems with meals in restaurants with low prices can be excused, especially because you have to demand the level you pay, but with prices above average, basic quality is mandatory. I will definitely never go back!!! Very disappointed!!! My advice to the owner, pay attention to what is done, with this service you will definitely lose the house.

I have lived in Portugal for many years, I am Portuguese and it is the first time that I felt scammed like the rest of my family, the person in charge who keeps the account with the table is Brazilian like others who were there and think that we are in Brazil to treat and deceive clients, I only noticed that there was a very nice guy from Lisbon, the rest I saw were Brazilians and it's not his nationality that bothers me because I also have relatives who immigrated to Brazil many years ago, what bothers me is that If you come to another country to blow your mind, the food tasted normal, that's why we didn't complain, the fact is that we were walking and they approached us outside and convinced us to come in (because we would really eat near the station), when we entered they offered us appetizers that were on the table and that from the looks of it we didn't decide to eat, because it was obvious that they had been served for hours or days, to eat the olives, risois and cheese strips it would be approximately 20 euros more,,,,we ordered 2 dishes of the day 1/4 chicken (9.50 euros), another 12 euros and 2 steaks 16 euros each, total 4 dishes of food...3 soft drinks and we paid 84 euros for 4 dishes I didn't want a drink...we paid for 4 Seeeecos breads and they charged us for 5 breads and 4 mini butters of those of rest 6 euros....total for 4 breads and butters we paid 11 euros, almost the value of a dish of the day....they already have them in the table appetizers and with great kindness they offer them to you, thanks to the horrible appearance we did not eat because they charge you a lot, when a large restaurant is empty it is for a reason, ahhh and by the way we arrived at 3pm to eat at 3:40 the food and after a while when we are having lunch they turn off the air conditioning, attacked by heat we ate in a hurry and as soon as we finished approximately 10 minutes passed the Brazilian woman arrived with the bill without asking for it saying that we had to leave because dinner time was already starting AT 4:15 PM? The truth is I didn't want to argue because I came from the sanctuary with a lot of peace and I didn't want to end up like Linda Blair...and make my children uncomfortable GENTLEMEN, I DON'T USUALLY DO THIS BUT I DON'T HATE WHEN THEY ARE NOT CORRECT.

When we arrived I went to the bathroom which is on top of a table, poor people who eat there!! Went in and out of the bathroom, what a smell, it hadn't been cleaned in a long time!!! We ordered a picanha and two 4-cheese pizzas, two cokes and a water, we didn't eat starters or desserts. How does someone have the courage to sell Pingo Doce pizza as homemade pizza? And worse, they charge €8.5 which is absurd!!!! The picanha wasn't picanha, the pineapple was the hard part in the middle!!! Apart from all the terrible food, the service was unreal!!! The owner of the establishment came to take the order, after which an employee came to take the order again. Even though we explained that we had already ordered, she seemed to be on another planet and continued to take the order, two colleagues passed by and tried to tell her that it was ready but she continued!!! The owner came and told her that he was already very upset, she ignored him, argued with him and continued to take the order!!! For a moment I thought it was for those caught, but it wasn't and we were the ones caught, who ate poorly and poorly and paid €40!!!
