The food was very good, but the service was a little strange, I have been treated better in other restaurants, and the atmosphere was perfect, quiet. And they charged us for something we didn't eat and we told them about it and they didn't pay attention to us.
Tremendous meal yet again, maintaining high standards of previous visits. Knowledgeable, professional staff preparing & serving first class ingedients. Cannot fault this meat-focussed reataurant.
Seated at Chefs Table, great ambience, v friendly, casual but still attentive service. We missed the detailed explanations of dishes that we'd had in 2021. Oxtail ravioli was highlight, succulent and delicious. The sharer main of short ribs were too chewy and served on an odd squid ink pasta, badly needed some contrast of crispy veg. Portions are huge and can be shared ( we're big eaters) and prices v good value, house Red excellent, all in all great night out.
