They cannot handle crowd.
Waited SO LONG for the food to arrive.
We noticed those who came in after us (single persons) got their food faster than us.

The service cannot speak English one bit! In a touristy place....? Not a word of English???? Serious???
They were NICE though. Friendly.
But they simply CANNOT handle crowd. Almost 45mins of waiting for our food to arrive....

Mrs Jaqueline is truly hospitable. Not only her, but all the staff at her restaurant are truly welcoming, courteous and provide excellent service. I tried to stop in the restaurant on service days but it was always full... I'll book!
However, the bar service served me breakfast and aperitif a few times. In addition to the Pastel-de-Nata which I love, they surprisingly let me try the AREPA!!! (Venezuela savory pancakes)
Truly a joy for the palate... Highly recommended.

The only food they had available was roast chicken, contrary to what they said at the entrance. They didn't have bread for starters, but they still put cheese and butter on the table. There was little chicken and the side dishes were of poor quality. The appearance of the desserts on the display were terrible and for that reason we didn't order them. Below average service

A very helpful little cafe in the center of Fátima. I found the service to be very friendly and quick. I advise.

It took an hour to serve a simple mixed grill, we were among the first to arrive and the last to be served.I do not recommend.

No heating, frozen cumin from the cold. Normal food, there is no varied menu. Some cod migas with cream and shrimp...it was bechamel with cream and prawns...regular :(

A place to avoid returning a very unpleasant stew. Nothing to do with what they sell you, I have asked for a claim form and they have denied it, so I will not return and I do not recommend it.

Great, local food! Wait staff is not English speaking, but the menu is translated. Sea bass was incredible, and there is plenty of food. Male sitter you are hungry!!
